All Items Are Shipped USPS Priority Mail W/ Tracking
NEW POLICY (Nov 25th, 2017): Orders placed with an insufficient shipping address or incorrect shipping address may be returned to us by the Post Office. This includes missing apartment #s, Incorrect street names, etc. If they are not able to deliver the package it will be sent back to us. Once received by to us, We will process a full refund for the items ordered. We will not process a refund for the shipping cost as we will have already paid for the non-refundable shipping fees of the USPS.

The shipping cost paid by you covers the United States Postal Service International Priority postage. Certain Countries charge additional fees and duties to the receiver in order to release the package.
Customers have contacted us in the past saying their country charged them an additional delivery/receiving cost. Its impossible for us to predict these instances as they differ from States and Regions within Countries.
Please check your countries policies to know what to expect.

NO returns UNLESS it is at fault of the store. (For example: wrong item received or damaged item)
NO exchanges (Please reference Size Chart)
Policy is enforced because we sell our items in limited sizes and quantities. Once they are sold they are out of stock. For example, If you order the wrong size and need to exchange it for a different size, the size you may want will most likely be sold out therefore we would not be able to process an exchange.
We apologize for this strict policy but it was impossible for us to do exchanges due to too many scams and inventory issues due to that.
